Always up for a challenge, Aimee Smith is a self-taught, accomplished landscape painter who strives to bring the dramatic atmospherics of light, weather, and golf course design into each large-scale painting. She started focusing on golf course art after her husband, a professional golfer, introduced her to the game.

Through research of techniques from Old Masters of the Renaissance to the Hudson River School artists, Aimee draws her inspiration from the classics to create artwork centered in realism with a touch of impressionism.

While she’s still a beginner golfer, she enjoys playing and learning the history of the game with her husband and two-year-old daughter. Her studio is located in Nashville, Tennessee.
